UBC Indigenous faculty/programming teams: Prior to booking the Sty-Wet-Tan Great Hall for your Indigenous-focused event, please review the documents below. To book the space, contact Christine Wasiak, Longhouse Building Manager, (christine.wasiak@ubc.ca), who will send you a Fee Waiver form.
The First Nations House of Learning has traditionally supported UBC Indigenous programming and students by providing use of the Sty-Wet-Tan Great Hall as an in-kind contribution or donation. This arrangement is contingent upon UBC departments, units or faculty proposing an event with a clear Indigenous focus, and having Indigenous students attend at no cost, where applicable.
